- Eight cheetahs from Namibia have acclimatized & adapted well to their new home at Kuno National Park in India in a month since their translocation.The recently constituted Cheetah Task Force will hold a virtual meeting with officials and Cheetah Conservation Fund in Namibia on Monday to take a decision on shifting of cheetahs to larger soft release enclosures free of predators.
