CBS and KATU reported, citing the Greek coastguard, that a 44-year-old Salvadoran woman went overboard from Odyssey of the Seas southwest of Zakynthos. The reports said she was found after about 20 hours in the water. The reports said two coastguard boats, a navy helicopter, the cruise ship and a passing cargo ship assisted. The reports said she was brought to Katakolo and then taken to a hospital in Pyrgos. The reports said she told rescuers she wanted to disembark. Royal Caribbean said it began a search-and-rescue effort and was supporting the woman.
