Action Nan A.K.A Pat Smith is an Eco-Activist. She is the founder of the Final Straw Cornwall and Bosinver. She has co-founded the Final Straw Cornwall along with James & Idenna.

Action Nan is always seen in action, working on the campaign, taking up charity challenges, hosting events for Final Straw Cornwall, at beach cleanups with her grandchildren. 430 businesses have joined the Final Straw Cornwall Campaign.

The UK disposes 8.5 billion plastic straws per year. 100,000 marine animals are killed by plastic pollution each year. Pat encourages individuals, businesses and providers to refuse plastic straws.

She aims to make Cornwall a zero-straw zone. And help reduce the use of single-use plastic as much as possible.
