Huawei’s Zhiji L6 Snags 10,000 Orders in a 23-Hour Sales Sprint, Xiaomi SU7’s Rival in the Spotlight

ZhiJi Automobile announced that the ZhiJi L6 received over 10,000 orders in 23 hours.

The ZhiJi L6 is a super smart sedan that competes with the Xiaomi SU7, with a pre-sale price range of 230,000 to 330,000 yuan.

For comparison, the Xiaomi SU7 received 88,898 orders within 24 hours of its launch. This means that on the first day, ZhiJi L6’s orders were nearly 1/8 of Xiaomi SU7’s.

The dimensions of the ZhiJi L6 are 4931/1960/1474 mm with a wheelbase of 2950 mm, positioned as a mid-size pure electric sedan.

The new vehicle comes standard with lidar, a Lingxi digital chassis, Nvidia Orin X+ and Qualcomm 8295 chips, and is the first in the industry to feature a quasi-900V super-fast charging solid-state battery.

The “Lingxi” digital chassis in the ZhiJi L6 is touted as the first sedan in China capable of crab walking, complemented by rear-wheel steering and other technologies, with a minimum turning radius of only 4.99 meters.

In terms of power, the ZhiJi L6 is equipped with a self-developed Hurricane electric motor, capable of reaching a maximum speed of 21,000 rpm, with the fastest acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.74 seconds.

Regarding autonomous driving, the new vehicle is fully equipped with lidar, and its city NOA (No Obstacle Avoidance) autonomous driving feature is set to be activated nationwide within the year.

Later this week on April 11 , the Huawei HarmonyOS Eco Spring Communication Meeting will be held  and the HarmonyOS Zhixing Zhiji S7 will be fully prepared for launch. Kuai Technology will broadcast the event live, so please stay tuned.

Zhiji S7 is the first pure electric sports sedan under Huawei HarmonyOS Zhixing, positioned as a mid-to-large size vehicle, and was launched at the end of last year. It comes in four models: Zhiji S7 Pro, Zhiji S7 Max, Zhiji S7 Max+, and Zhiji S7 Max RS, with prices ranging from 249,800 to 349,800 yuan.
