4. Europe was hit by a heat wave. In the UK trains were canceled as signals melted due to heat . Temperature increased to 50 degree Celsius in some parts of Spain & Portugal. 

5. Over 100 million Americans were placed under heat warnings as wild fires raged in 12 States. Blazes have scorched over 3 mm acres as temperatures are expected to reach 100 degree President Biden says that this is caused by climate crisis 

6. Malaysia seized illicit animal parts worth 18 Mn in one of the biggest raids at all time.6000 Kgs of elephant tusks, 25 kgs of rhino horns, 100 kegs of pangolin scales & 300 kegs of animal skulls were by Malaysian authorities. The authorities busted the smuggling attempt at Port Klang. situated on Malaysia’s West Coast.
