USDA Sued Over $148.6M DEI Program Terminations
The Center for Biological Diversity sued the Trump administration on October 1, 2025, demanding records about the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s termination of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs. The lawsuit comes
