Women constitute roughly 50% of humanity. Yet in a male-dominated society, they struggle to reach their optimum position. In 2027, Ms. Justice BV Nagarathna is likely to become the first woman Chief Justice of India. By this time, Ms. Rashmi of the Indian Police Service should have become the first DGP of Maharashtra.
