The company first announced the recall on September 16, 2025, and expanded it on September 23, 2025, to include three more affected lots. The recall now covers four specific batches of the 3.5-ounce pouches. Parents should check for lot codes 4212, 4213, 4282, and 4310 with expiration dates ranging from October 29, 2025, to February 4, 2026.
