New Study Links PFAS Exposure to Altered Fetal Development, Shifting Focus on Prenatal Health Risks

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), also known as “forever chemicals,” have been a subject of growing concern in the scientific community due to their persistent nature and potential health effects.  Researchers from the University of Aberdeen and Örebro University recently completed a study that was published in The Lancet Planetary Health.
