Washington D.C.’s public transit system just got easier to navigate. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority launched MetroPulse, a mobile app that puts live transit updates and customer service right in riders’ pockets. The app, now available on iPhone with Android coming soon, helps riders track buses and trains in real-time, plan trips, and chat directly with Metro staff.
