Men’s Hearts Age 7 Years Faster Than Bodies: Northwestern Study Reveals Health Risks
people’s hearts are aging much faster than their chronological age – sometimes by more than a decade, especially for men and those with less education or from certain demographic groups. The research team at Northwestern Medicine analyzed data from over 14,000 adults between 30 and 79 years old who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey from 2011 to 2020.
