President Trump’s Executive Order 14154, “Unleashing American Energy,” discontinued federal agencies’ use of the social cost of carbon (SCC) by disbanding the Interagency Working Group on the Social Cost of Greenhouse Gases established under President Biden’s Executive Order 13990.
