A New York company has recalled frozen vegetables sold in seven states after testing found possible Listeria contamination. Health officials warn consumers to check their freezers immediately for the affected products. Endico Potatoes Inc. has pulled two of its frozen vegetable products – Peas and Carrots and Mixed Vegetables – from store shelves following positive Listeria tests during sampling by Pennsylvania state officials.
